Beginner Yoga Workshops are held the first Wednesday of every month at 5:45 PM
Join Missy Crenshaw for a fun and informative yoga workshop especially for beginners.
This 2 hour class will introduce you to the fundamental aspects of a yoga practice. Basic standing postures, floor postures, breathwork, and meditation will be taught. You will leave feeling prepared to step into the Yoga Basics 101, or any of the Serenity Yoga classes.
Each 2 hour workshop is held from 5:45 PM – 7:45 PM. Your investment is $20.
