Christina Sell Workshop, April 27-28 2007

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 day workshop with Christina Sell here at The Yoga Room in Hattiesburg. Christina's teaching style is very sensitive to the needs of each individual student. She doesn't rely on tricks, but instead on clear instruction and repetition to help students grasp core Anusara concepts, such as "inner-spiral" and "loops" .
